BY ATTENDING THIS RALLY I HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THIS EVENT AND HOLD BLAMELESS ANY AND ALL RALLY OFFICIALS AND/ OR STAFF OF THE BACK OF BEYOND RALLY 2023, INCLUDING ALL MEMBERS OF THE OTAGO MOTORCYCLE CLUB, FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY OCCUR WHILST TRAVELLING TO, ATTENDING, OR TRAVELLING FROM THE BACK OF BEYOND RALLY 2023.
